Ozdoc Solutions was formed in 1992 to supply the need in the marketplace of an intermediary between both hardware and software suppliers for our clients. A common problem is that of the denial of whose responsibility the problem is. Our role is to diagnose network and hardware problems if and when it occurs and take the appropriate remedial action. As users of medical software, and with the Director being a practicing GP, we are familiar with their use in medical practices. Our networks are designed to be compatible with these as well as achieving its optimal performance in a cost efficient manner. With a focus on remote support, we aim for instant resolution of client problems. We manage clients from Noosa Heads in the north, Ipswich in the west and Murwillumbah in the south.
