2. Full remote solutions using the latest technologies - this means instant support if required.
3. Primary site engineer (subject to availability).
4. Large team of engineers based in SE QLD – depth, experience and knowledge in house.
5. Priority callout given for all “Business priority” issues (Server down, Network down ETC).
6. Regular Server maintenance, monitoring and reporting to prevent equipment failure.
7. Computer consumables: We can supply toner cartridges at very competitive prices (Orders placed in the morning will typically be delivered that afternoon)
